We operate on a request-first basis with no processing deposit. The cancellation point is the final payment. Before that point, you may cancel without cost.

Before the final invoice is accepted
You may cancel before accepting and paying the final invoice. Because no processing deposit is collected, there is nothing to refund at this stage — you simply do not proceed. If requested items are unavailable, the invoice is adjusted before final payment, and you approve the adjusted invoice before paying.
After final payment
Final payment confirms the order. Customer-requested cancellation or refund is no longer available. If order assembly has not started, you may ask to add items; any addition is subject to availability, confirmation, and supplemental payment. Supplier-side nonperformance is handled under the resolution commitments below.
Delivery and product problems
Loss, return, customs, and confirmed damage issues are handled through replacement or reshipment under the Shipping & Reshipment Policy. They do not automatically create a cash-refund right.
Supplier-side nonperformance
If Peptides of China confirms that a supplier cannot fulfill a fully paid public-catalog order as agreed, Peptides of China will arrange an appropriate resolution. This may include completion of the order, agreed alternative fulfillment, or a refund.
Customer-requested cancellation and carrier or customs events remain subject to their respective policies.

Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, it is processed manually within a reasonable time after approval. For blockchain payments, the original asset and network are normally used. Additional verification may be required before any refund destination is accepted.
Eligibility and timeline
Refunds and cancellations are reviewed individually against the order status at the time of the request:

Disputes: where a supplier does not meet its confirmed obligations, Peptides of China manages the resolution, including alternative fulfillment or a refund where appropriate. Reviews are processed in the order received; typical response times are stated on the invoice or in the corresponding correspondence.
